Yield Manager

Admeta is a company focused on delivering full service technology solutions for large online publishers helping them increase yield on online ad inventory. We are one of Europe’s leading suppliers of online ad exchange solutions and are now facing a period of strong growth.

Based in Stockholm you will assist our clients in their aim of optimizing their revenues from on-line marketing. You will provide thought leadership, act as a consultant to the business, and provide operational support to help our clients increase their revenues from on-line advertising.

The ideal candidate has experiences from organizational development as from a management consulting firm or similar and a strong insight in the on-line advertising business

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience from working within the on-line ad industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and consult with all levels of management in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance and various Business Unit stake-holders on inventory,
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement process efficiencies
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills

• Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and Publisher monetization options

• Great social skills and ability to create and maintain commercial relationships

• Entrepreneurial drive

• High energy, self motivated and passionate about working in a fast paced start up environment
